Residential Manager
The Residential Manager is hired to ensure the smooth operation and financial stability of the property. The residential manager oversees all daily operations of the property including marketing, leasing, resident relations, rent collection, unit turnover, maintenance & inspections, and supervision of office and maintenance staff. They are also responsible for preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports and maintaining files to keep the property in compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.
Office Manager/Leasing
The Office Manager/Leasing person assists the residential manager as needed to meet the goals and objectives of the property. The specific responsibilities may vary based on the property. However, any or all of the following duties may be required: processing mail, filing, answering phones, conducting leasing tours, processing applications, marketing, lease renewals, rent collection and entry, maintenance work order entry, and resident recertifications.
Maintenance Supervisor
The Maintenance Supervisor is hired to manage the maintenance staff and ensure that the development’s physical appearance, structure, and mechanical functionality are maintained at the highest level. They should possess the skill and knowledge to perform a wide range of maintenance services. Their responsibilities include assigning and completing repair work orders and vacant unit turnovers, performing preventive maintenance and inspections, ordering and maintaining inventory, maintaining tools, equipment and work areas, and ensuring the grounds are well maintained.
Maintenance Technician
The Maintenance Technician hired to perform routine repair and maintenance services. They are responsible for the overall physical appearance and functionality of the development. Their responsibilities include completing repair work orders and vacant unit turnovers, performing grounds maintenance and snow removal, and maintaining inventory, tools, equipment, and work areas.
